What if I have forgotten my password?

Passwords cannot be retrieved for security reasons. This means you'll need to create a new password. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the 'Forgot password?' link. You'll find it in the log-in dialogue as well as the log-in section. We will send a return email to your registered email address, subject line 'Account Password Help'. Click on the link in this email and follow the instructions to reset the new password.

Where can I find out about my bonuses?

You can view a snapshot of your Party Account balance and bonuses by logging in to Party Account via the client or website. Click on the Bonus tab. You can see any bonuses that have been issued to your account, plus any pending bonuses, and any cash out or release-restricted bonuses. Find out which new bonuses are open to you under the 'New Bonus Offer' section.
